I am a stay-at-home mom of three and have always been passionate about health and fitness. For many years I was a runner, but put it aside during my pregnancy in 2013. After my twins were born I knew I needed to do some kind of exercise to keep my sanity. I had no motivation, however, to get on the treadmill! I was introduced to PiYo and immediately fell in love: I call it my “soul mate” workout. The muscle sculpting, flexibility, and continuous movement helped me shed baby weight and improve my mood. I know firsthand as a busy mom how important it is to find time for self care: exercising for a healthy body and mind. I was certified in December of 2014 and I am excited to lead others in a workout that really impacted my life!
