Therapy is an opportunity to cultivate a more authentic and fulfilling life. It is a time for exploring your unique life experience and addressing your holistic wellness needs. I am committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment that honors your needs and your values. Together we will explore your innate power to overcome challenges and achieve greater wellness. My approach to therapy is often solution-focused and action-centered. I love getting creative together and truly individualizing the therapy experience.

I am originally from Michigan, where I completed my undergraduate studies. I moved to Pittsburgh in 2006 and obtained a Master of Social Work degree from University of Pittsburgh in 2008. To continue my education, I recently received a Master of Arts in Health and Wellness Coaching degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2014. With over 15 years of experience in social services, I have
helped people of diverse backgrounds overcome a variety of challenges. I spent a number of years working with children and adolescents, while my most recent experience has been working with adults.
