People often come to therapy when life feels heavy, unclear, or just too much. My role is to help you make sense of it — at your pace, in your way. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you don’t need to have everything figured out – just a willingness to begin.

My approach is rooted in client-centered therapy. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on over a decade of experience helping adults navigate burnout, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. Much of my background is in working with Veterans — a population I’ve been honored to support through trauma recovery, career transition, and identity shifts. I also hold certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor, bringing expertise in working with individuals facing disability, cognitive, or executive functioning challenges, including ADHD.

My work is integrative in nature, drawing from mindfulness-based cognitive strategies and values-driven reflection. I work exclusively with adults and focus on areas such as anxiety and stress management, burnout and career fatigue, grief and adjustment, and self-worth and values-based living. I view therapy as a space for reflection, growth, and reconnection – a place to return to yourself, gently and with intention.
