I’m an Ohio-born, Pennsylvania-raised, cis-white queer woman. I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater. My path to becoming a Therapist has included years as a Performing Artist, Educator, Yoga Instructor, Reiki and Sound Practitioner, and now Therapist and Certified Somatic EMDR Practitioner. Across these experiences, I’ve come to value personal growth as one of life’s most meaningful journeys, and we’re not meant to navigate that journey alone.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process - connecting and healing in community. Together, we’ll create a path that supports you in understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with what matters to you, and moving toward the authentic life you want to live. I value honesty with ourselves, open communication with others, and the willingness to both challenge and be challenged as part of meaningful growth.

My therapeutic work aims to honor the whole person—spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical. In our sessions, we’ll find the approaches and framework that best support your individual needs and goals. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EFT, Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Therapy, Liberation and Mindfulness-based practices. When appropriate for your care, we can also explore EMDR treatment.

I may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel anxious, depressed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself or others.

  • Want to better understand your strengths and learn how to embrace them.

  • Are looking for more constructive ways to cope with life’s challenges.

  • Want to explore the roots of your suffering and cultivate a more liberated way of being.

  • Want to deconstruct the conditioning and expectations that have shaped how you see yourself and your relationships.

  • Are a couple seeking healthier communication and relationship skills, including support while navigating ethical non-monogamy (ENM).

  • Are interested in healing from personal and generational trauma.

Above all, I want our work together to be a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as we uncover and rewrite the self-stories and systems of oppression that keep you pinned down, and embrace what makes you unique and strong.
