Fall invites us to slow down, soften, and gently release what we no longer need to carry.

Join Maria Hilton for an immersive sound bath designed to help you settle into the body, quiet the mind, and create space for rest, reflection, and renewal. Through breath, meditation, and the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided into a slower, more grounded rhythm.

This seasonal offering is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and move gently with the natural transition of autumn.

Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself space to rest, receive, and simply be.

✨ Want to make an evening of it? Arrive a little earlier and join Maria for her Kundalini Flow for Self-Connection yoga class from 6:00–7:00 PM. A grounding practice of movement, breathwork, and intentional stillness—the perfect way to ease into your sound bath experience.

Separate registration is required. Click on the registration button to reserve your spot for Kundalini Flow for Self-Connection .
